BREATHE IN THE NEW YEAR

Breathe it all in… that's my advice. Take the good with the bad and the bad with the good, and breathe. Breathe in your hopes and dreams, your fears and sorrows. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is you need to feel.

Allow yourself to live, and live loudly. Live softly. Live fully. Breathe in the life that’s been given to you. When you open those two gifts each morning, realise and see that each day is a new opportunity for whatever you want.

Laugh more! It's the best medicine, the world needs your smile. You need your smile. It can light up the darkness if you let it.

Sing the lead, backup and belt out each part of the song when you’re driving, give the people you pass by a show! Blast out your fav tune and dance! We should all enjoy music more! Listen to the lyrics, they may show you parts of yourself you had forgotten.

Get out in nature and run wild and free, take a deep breathe and fill your lungs with the sweet air around you. Notice the sounds of the birds and the seasons change.

Send out good energy into this world and it will come back to you. Do good. Be good. Show kindness. Show grace. Have compassion.

Set boundaries. You don’t have to accept negativity into your life. It's a choice, you decide.

Speak your truth and fight for what you believe in. Find out what motivates you, what drives you, what ignites that fire inside and let’s you scream out to the world “I’m ready for whatever you throw at me”. Be your own cheerleader in life!

Be spontaneous! Go somewhere, anywhere. Do something, anything. Go with good intentions, a smile on your face and curiosity in your heart.

Just go. Just do it. Breathe it all in. Whatever you want is waiting for you, so go get it. And breathe.
