As the sun descends and the heat of the day hangs softly in a haze of colour, the glistening waters begin to still, calming into a gentle flow.
The elements around us go through so much, like we do as people, the sky gets hit with storms, the sea is thrown around in crashing waves, the air gets cold and the land can freeze. But there are moments like this that can be majestic. Opulent. Beautiful. Transcendent.
These moments in time are there just waiting for you. Waiting for you to open your eyes and glimpse the splendor of life. All you have to do is look. Look a little deeper than you might usually, see the golds in the shimmer of the earth. See the glisten dance on the water from the light. Feel the spectrum of the rainbow that the glorious sky can unfold. Hold your gaze a moment longer and you will see. Its there. Its there for us all. If we just look.

I've always been fascinated by colour. The one thing that grabs me the most is how the world is made up by so many different ones. On a daily basis I'm sure you don't realise how many you see. What colours did you see in the sky yesterday for example? Can you remember?
I've travelled the world and seen many different skies in many different colours and how it reflects on water is something that really catches my attention. Like a moth to a flame I'm drawn to anything that can be explored, broken down into pieces for me to examine and put back together as nature intended.
'Inlet of Time' is reminding us that in these little inlets, these moments in time, there is so much to discover. The majestic and saturated colours are a highlight of everything glorious about this world.
