’Anguish’. A word many of us will have suffered from at some point in our lives. The adrenaline that rushes through our veins, the flexing of muscles as we push and force ourselves into a contorted shape of despair. Worry, anxiety, fear, stress, exhaustion, the list goes on. We put our bodies through so much turmoil and strain through our emotions. The lasting effects can sometimes be damaging.

Think about how tired you are after you stay up at night worrying about something? Did it ever happen in the end? Or if it did, was it as bad as you imagined? How much does your body ache from this? What do you fear? Have you ever found yourself in a situation you couldn’t get out of? Have you ever suffered in silence? Don’t hold it in. Don’t let yourself shrink. Don’t get lost. Don’t lose sight of who you are and what you want to be.
